Attendance

 

Children should reach school at least 10 minutes before the school bell. Children coming to school late by an hour will not be allowed to remain in the school on that day. Regular attendance is of great importance for children’s Progress.

 

An application for leaves of absence should be submitted in advance.

 

Leave of Absence:-

 

1. No student will be allowed to leave   the school premises  during school hours without  the written permission of the principal/Teacher incharge.

 

2. No leave of absence will be granted during assessments except on Medical grounds.
 

3. No leave of absence will be granted except for valid reasons’ and then only on the prior written application from the parents, of in their absence the guardians who is directly responsible for the child.Parents have to enter the details of absence in the dairy also.

 

4. Application for medical leave should always be accompanied by a medical certificate from a qualified registered doctor for the child.

 

5. All leave applications bear the signature of the parents, or in their absence , the guardians who is directly responsible for the child.

 

6. Except for duly approved reasons the extension of vacation is not permitted . Late comers after vacation who have not give notice of their delay , may have their names struck off from their roles.

 

 

SCHOOL TIMING:-

 

The school timing has six working days in a week. Sunday being off.
